Türkiye Addendum

Effective date: 21 October 2026

Precedence. If you live in Türkiye, the Turkish-language documents below are your contract with us and prevail over the English documents. This addendum is an English summary for convenience.

1. Your documents

• Kullanım Koşulları (Terms of Use) — replaces our English Terms of Service for you.
• KVKK Aydınlatma Metni (privacy notice under Law No. 6698).
• Gizlilik ve Çerez Politikası (Privacy and Cookie Policy).
• For each Order: the Ön Bilgilendirme Formu (pre-information form) and the Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi (distance sales contract) shown and accepted at checkout, the İptal, İade ve Değişim (cancellation, returns and exchanges) policy and the Teslimat ve Kargo (delivery) policy.

2. Consumer rights

2.1 Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply to you.

2.2 Right of withdrawal. You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. The law excludes goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs. A Magazine made with your own photos, words or design choices is covered by that exception, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to it; we tell you this before you order and you confirm it at checkout. Items that are not personalised (for example a gift box) keep the 14-day right, as the Turkish texts explain.

2.3 Defective goods. If your Magazine is defective, you have the rights the law gives you for defective goods (for example a free reprint, a price reduction or a refund), for two years from delivery.

2.4 Delivery. We deliver within the period stated in your Order and in any case within 30 days.

2.5 Refunds. When a refund is due to you — for example after you withdraw from a non-personalised item, after we accept a cancellation, or if we cannot deliver — we refund you within 14 days, as the Turkish texts explain.

3. Disputes

3.1 Turkish law applies.

3.2 For consumer disputes, you can apply — depending on the amount, and within the limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade — to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) or the consumer court (tüketici mahkemesi) of the place where you live or where you bought the product. Applications to the consumer arbitration committee can be made through e-Devlet. Before going to the consumer court, mediation may be required by law.

4. Personal data

We are the data controller under Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Your rights under Article 11 and how to apply are in the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni. You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr).

5. Commercial electronic messages

We do not currently send commercial electronic messages. If we start, we will send them only with your approval (onay), recorded in the Commercial Electronic Message Management System (İYS) as Law No. 6563 requires, and you will be able to refuse further messages at any time, free of charge.
