Use Dear Edition in Perplexity
On Perplexity Pro, Max and Enterprise you can add Dear Edition as a custom connector. On Enterprise, an admin has to allow custom connectors first.

- On perplexity.ai, open Plugins in the sidebar (or Customize → Connectors), then Add custom → Connector → Add MCP connector.
- Choose Remote. Name it Dear Edition, paste the address below, choose OAuth 2.0 and Streamable HTTP, tick the box and press Add.
- Press the Dear Edition card. Dear Edition’s page opens: continue as a guest or sign in, and approve.
- Turn the connector on for your thread, then paste an opening line.
https://editor.dearedition.com/mcpPerplexity finds Dear Edition’s sign-in by itself: you don’t need a client ID or a secret.
Connecting Dear Edition to Perplexity is new: we follow Perplexity AI’s own instructions and haven’t tried it on every plan. If something doesn’t work, write to us. Claude works on every plan
